*If you are unable to find an early spot, please book an available time to fix a spot and add yourself to the waitlist to be notified when an earlier one becomes available.

All New & Returning Clients (clients who have not received care for over 6 months): For any Pelvic Floor, Pregnancy, and Postpartum concerns, please book an Initial Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy Assessment (60 min) and 4 x 45 min follow-up appointments each spaced 2 weeks apart.

Priority Appointments: These appointments are designed for busy professionals and anyone needing fast, time-sensitive care, offering guaranteed access within 1–3 days instead, and allow up to two cancellations or reschedules without any fees as long as you notify us at least one hour in advance.

Emergency Appointments: In case of severe pelvic pain or Clogged Milk Ducts, which require immediate attention, especially when no priority appointment is available, you can have the option of booking these sessions on weekends, holidays, or when the clinic is officially closed. The cost of an emergency appointment is 485$. To book an emergency appointment, please send us an email at info@ovawomenshealth.com

Cancellation Policy: Please check out our Policies page on our website for the details of our policies. Please contact us at info@ovawomenshealthphysio.com or at (604) 700- 4844 if you need to cancel or change your appointment. If you are unable to make your appointment, please consider changing your appointment to a Tele-Health Session. Please note that No-shows and same-day cancellations are not eligible for rebooking.

Nasim graduated as the Valedictorian with of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation from the Tbilisi State Medical University, Georgia in 2016. Her focus is on treatment of complex pain conditions including vulvodynia, vaginismus & dyspareunia along with other Women’s Health conditions.

Nasim has continued her professional growth in the field of Pelvic Health through advanced training and in-depth education. She believes in finding the root cause of the symptoms and having a global, whole-body approach. She firmly believes in the power of education and helps her patients understand the reason behind their symptoms.

Nasim strives to help her patients reconnect with their bodies, recover from their symptoms, & feel stronger and more in control of their bodies!
